UNITAX PRIVACY CENTER · UPDATED AUGUST 23, 2026

Your money life is
not our product.

This public-beta notice explains what Unitax currently does, what it does not do, and the boundaries we are building before regulated services arrive.

01

What the public beta uses

Most education, calculators, checklists, and examples work without an account. Values entered into current calculators are used to display results on the page.

  • No advertising profile
  • No sale of personal information
  • No live tax or credit-file connection
02

Optional account progress

A signed-in learner may save completed Academy course numbers and timestamps. Account identity is used only to connect that learner to their progress.

  • Course completion only
  • No grades shared with schools
  • Sign out whenever you choose
03

Information not accepted

Do not submit Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, tax documents, bank credentials, card numbers, credit-report credentials, or passwords anywhere in this beta.

04

Age boundaries

Unitax is designed for ages 16–22, not children under 13. Users under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before entering contracts or using future connected financial services.

05

Future providers

Before any tax-filing or credit-report provider is connected, Unitax will publish provider identity, data flow, consent, retention, deletion, and complaint details.

06

Choices and questions

You may use the public education without creating an account. A production privacy contact and formal request process must be activated before Unitax accepts sensitive financial data.

Important: This is a public-beta privacy notice, not a substitute for counsel. Unitax must complete legal review and publish a working privacy contact before collecting regulated financial information.
